Road to 500

1. Sponsor

The Road to 500 Contest is sponsored and administered by The Rolling Tee.

2. Eligibility

The contest is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, owners, and immediate household members of The Rolling Tee are not eligible to win.

3. Contest period

The contest begins when the official Road to 500 post is published on Facebook and closes when The Rolling Tee first reaches 500 followers on Facebook. The Rolling Tee may announce the closing of entries on the original post or through its social channels.

4. How to enter

No purchase is necessary. To receive one standard entry, an eligible participant must complete all three required actions during the contest period:

• Follow The Rolling Tee on Facebook.
• Like the official Road to 500 Facebook post.
• Tag two friends in a comment on that post.

Incomplete entries, automated entries, duplicate standard entries, or entries that do not comply with these rules may be disqualified.

5. Bonus entries

Each participant may receive up to two additional entries:

• One bonus entry for tagging a local bar, brewery, restaurant, pub, or other venue where they would like The Rolling Tee to appear.
• One bonus entry for following The Rolling Tee on Instagram.

Only one bonus entry of each type is permitted per person.

6. Prize

One winner will receive a $200 credit toward one Rolling Tee event. The credit has no cash value, is nontransferable, is subject to event-date and location availability, and cannot be combined with another promotion or discount.

7. Winner selection and notification

After The Rolling Tee reaches 500 followers on Facebook, one winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The winner will be contacted through the Facebook account used to enter. The selected winner must respond within seven days. If the winner does not respond, is ineligible, or cannot accept the prize, The Rolling Tee may select an alternate winner.

8. Redemption

The $200 credit must be applied to an eligible Rolling Tee event taking place within 12 months after the winner is announced. The standard 25% booking deposit will be calculated using the event’s full price before the $200 contest credit is applied. All bookings remain subject to The Rolling Tee’s normal availability, service-area requirements, booking terms, and any remaining balance due.

9. General conditions

The Rolling Tee reserves the right to verify entries, disqualify entries that violate these rules, and modify, suspend, or cancel the contest if fraud, technical problems, platform changes, or circumstances outside its reasonable control affect the fairness or operation of the contest.

10. Social-platform disclaimer

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, or any other social platform on which it appears. Entrants release those platforms from responsibility relating to this contest.

11. Venue tags and privacy

Venue names tagged publicly as bonus entries may be reviewed and retained by The Rolling Tee for contest administration and potential business outreach. Entrant information will be used to administer the contest, confirm eligibility, and contact the winner.

12. Agreement to the rules

Participation constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these official rules and to The Rolling Tee’s decisions regarding the contest.
